We will gladly accept your returns within 7 business days of receipt of your order. They must be unworn, unused and in good saleable condition for full return or exchange. You must get a Return Authorization Number before sending your return. You can do so by emailing us at contact@bluxestyle.com with your order number and date in the subject line. Please state your name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return. Once you receive your return authorization number, you may send us your return. Please be aware that shipping cost or deposits will not be returned and is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays as a result of shipments. 
For sizes and colors that are not in stock, they are considered a custom order and must be placed with full payment. All custom orders are non-refundable.
